At Cup Pulls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware selection. If your new pulls or knobs aren't the perfect fit for your cabinetry, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Hardware

  Place the unused cup pulls in their original individual packaging to prevent scratching, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
